1. Using Mardly
By creating or using a Mardly account, you agree to follow these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the rules that apply to the communities you participate in. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the activity carried out through your account and for taking reasonable steps to keep your login credentials secure. Do not share passwords or deliberately give another person access to your account.
Account information should be accurate enough for the service to operate and should not be used to impersonate another person or organisation.
3. Community conduct
Mardly is built around communities. You must not use Mardly to threaten, harass, stalk, scam, impersonate, distribute malicious software, deliberately disrupt communities, or publish material that violates applicable law.
Do not attempt to bypass security controls, access accounts or areas you are not authorised to access, or interfere with the operation of Mardly.
4. Content you submit
You retain ownership of content you create, subject to any rights you grant Mardly that are necessary to operate the service. By submitting content, you give Mardly the permissions reasonably necessary to store, display, transmit and process that content so the relevant feature can work.
You are responsible for the content you choose to post or send and for having the rights needed to share it.
5. Squads and community moderation
Squad owners and administrators may have controls over their communities. Those controls do not remove Mardly's platform-level rules. Mardly may restrict or remove content, accounts or communities when necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, respond to abuse or comply with law.
6. Intellectual property
Mardly's software, branding, interface, logos and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit Mardly's proprietary materials except where the law permits it or Mardly has given permission.
7. Service availability
Mardly is provided as an evolving online service. Features may change, be temporarily unavailable or be discontinued. We do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Enforcement
Where appropriate, Mardly may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate accounts or communities that violate these Terms or create a significant risk to other users or the service.
9. Changes to these terms
These Terms may be updated as Mardly develops. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of Mardly after an effective update means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
