Important: This is a professionally structured placeholder for Mardly's public site, not final legal advice. It should be reviewed and replaced/approved by the person responsible for Mardly's legal terms before production.

1. Using Mardly

By creating an account or using Mardly, you agree to use the service lawfully and respectfully. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

2. Accounts

You should provide accurate information during registration and maintain reasonable control over your account. Do not impersonate another person, create accounts for abuse or attempt to access accounts or systems that do not belong to you.

3. Squads and user content

Mardly allows people to create and participate in Squads and conversations. You retain responsibility for content you submit. You must not use Mardly to distribute unlawful, abusive, threatening, fraudulent or otherwise prohibited material.

4. Community standards

Participation in a Squad does not remove the requirement to follow Mardly's safety rules. Mardly may remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts where necessary to protect users, communities or the integrity of the service.

5. Intellectual property

Mardly's software, branding, interface and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute or commercially exploit protected Mardly materials except where applicable law or written permission allows it.

6. Availability

Mardly may change, suspend or discontinue features as the service develops. We will aim to maintain reliable access but cannot promise uninterrupted availability.

7. Third-party services

Mardly may rely on infrastructure, hosting, analytics, communication or other third-party services. Their own terms and policies may also apply.

8. Enforcement

Where necessary, Mardly may investigate reports, preserve relevant information, limit access, remove content or take other reasonable action consistent with applicable law and platform policy.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as Mardly evolves. The latest version published on this page will supersede earlier versions once effective.

10. Contact

For questions about these terms, use the Mardly contact page.
